Who are we?
You wake up one morning and realize that life isn't just happening to you—it's a kaleidoscope of moments, each refracting light in its own peculiar way. That's what this newsletter is about: examining the spectrum of human experience through a lens that makes the ordinary extraordinary.
Why this, why now?
This newsletter isn't just another voice in the digital void. This is a deliberate pause, a weekly invitation to reflect and connect. To yourself, to the world around you.
My background in observing and documenting the subtle textures of daily life has prepared me to create content that resonates deeply with readers seeking meaning in their everyday experiences. Through non-fiction essays, I'll explore the intersection of personal narrative and subjective truth, helping readers discover the extraordinary hiding in plain sight.
The community we will build.
This space is for and about the human connection, which means everyone is welcome. My musings come from a transgender and disabled perspective, which might not be for everyone, and that’s okay! But here is where we can share ideas, commiserate about the state of the world, and find some joy in the darkness.
What to expect…
I will post (at least) once a week on Wednesdays. These posts will include creative nonfiction, short stories, and poetry. The frequency will vary, depending on how I feel.
Paid subscribers get the whole picture, a complete archive of everything I will write.
Not to mention, you’d be providing mutual aid to a disabled trans person in need.
